What is included in the price?
The price includes all heating, electricity, sauna, hot tub, large basket of logs, bed linen, towels, tea towels and spa robes for use at The Granary. The prices are for 6 people. Please add £15/person for additional numbers up to maximum of 8 to cover linen, towels etc. Sky TV is available, please bring your own card. No bedding is supplied for the cot. A Welcome Pack of local produce plus beverages is supplied with our compliments.
Pets
We are unable to accommodate pets other than DIY livery for your horse at an additional charge.
Smoking
SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED WITHIN THE GRANARY.
Security Deposit
A £100 refundable security deposit is payable either by cheque in advance or by CASH only on arrival. It is fully refunded subject to no breakages or damage to property or contents. A higher deposit will be quoted for single sex groups.
Arrival and departure
Your holiday starts at 3.00pm on the first day and ends at 10am on
the last day. Our normal start days are Fridays or Mondays.
Booking Christmas and New Year
A booking deposit of £200 will secure the agreed date and full cost
must be paid within 12 weeks of the start of the holiday. Should you
cancel more than 12 weeks before the start of your holiday the
deposit will be fully refunded. Within 12 weeks of the start of the
holiday, payment is not fully refundable. We will endeavour to
re-let the property and refund the cost of the holiday less any
financial loss to us.
Booking at all Other Times
A deposit of £100 will secure the agreed date and the full cost must
be paid within 6 weeks of the start of the holiday. Should you have
to cancel more than 6 weeks before the start of your holiday the
deposit will be fully refunded. Within 6 weeks of the start of the
holiday, payment is not refundable. We will endeavour to re-let the
property and refund the cost of the holiday less any financial loss
to us.

Payment should be made by personal cheque made out to The
