What is included in the price?
The price includes all heating, electricity, sauna, hot tub, logs, bed linen, towels, tea towels and spa robes for use at The Granary. The prices are for 6 people. Please add £15/person for additional numbers up to maximum of 8 to cover linen, towels etc. Sky TV is available, please bring your own card. No bedding is supplied for the cot. A Welcome Pack of local produce plus beverages is supplied with our compliments.

Pets
We are unable to accommodate pets other than DIY livery for your horse at an additional charge.

Smoking 
Smoking is not permitted within The Granary.

Deposit
A £100 refundable security deposit is payable either by cheque in advance or by CASH only on arrival.. It is fully refunded subject to no breakages or damage to property or contents.

Arrival and departure
Your holiday starts at 3.00pm on the first day and ends at 10am on the last day.

Booking Conditions
A deposit of £100 will secure the agreed date and the full cost must be paid within 6 weeks of the start of the holiday. Should you have to cancel more than 6 weeks before the start of your holiday the deposit will be fully refunded. Within 6 weeks of the start of the holiday, payment is not refundable. We will endeavour to re-let the property and the net value of re-letting will be credited against the cancellation charge. Payment should be made by personal cheque made out to " The Granary". Please Forward to R. N. Lewis Lawfordhouse Farm, Bromley Rd. Lawford, Manningtree Essex CO11 2ND. Please also confirm your own home address and number in party. Arrangements can also be made for direct transfer.
